ASE TEST PREP A8 - ENGINE PERFORMANCE

This course is an In-depth study of test methods, wiring diagrams, sensors, computers, emissions, and diagnostics. ASE-style questions are used for preparation. Prerequisites are required to take this course.

SNAP-ON MULTIMETER CERTIFICATION

This certification course includes training on the problem-solving capabilities of Snap-on digital multimeters. The material is focused on subjects from basic applications to advanced troubleshooting.

Electrical 1 - Systems diagnosis

Understanding of basic electrical principles, common electrical components, circuit construction, DMM operation and testing, wiring schematics, circuit tracing and troubleshooting of common circuit malfunctions through hands-on training.

ASE TEST PREP L3 - LIGHT DUTY HYBRID/ELECTRIC VEHICLE

Application and in-depth study of exam’s test methods, wiring diagrams, computers, AC/DC electricity, inverters/converters, and vehicle charging sources are combined with ASE-style questions for test preparation.

MEDIUM/HEAVY-DUTY MULTIPLEX & PLC CONTROL TRAINING

Learn concepts and applications of multiplexing and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems in medium and heavy-duty vehicles. Identify faults, interpret wiring diagrams, and perform basic programming through a combination of software usage and real-world examples.

Expands a technician’s understanding of the advanced electrical systems on medium and HD platforms. Emphasis on advanced digital multimeter functions, computer 1/0 circuits, electric vehicle comms, with hands-on circuit measurement and diagnostics.

HYDRAULICS FOR HEAVY-DUTY VEHICLES

This course teaches the fundamentals, operation, service, troubleshooting, and repair procedures for hydraulic systems found in diesel, hybrid, and electric heavy-duty vehicles.

ENGINE DIAGNOSTIC CONTROLS

This course teaches theory, testing, and service of mechanical and electronic systems for electric, diesel, CNG and alternative fuel systems. Zero-emissions, electric trucks, and theory of operation is covered.

MEDIUM/HEAVY-DUTY ADAS SYSTEMS TRAINING

Understand the function, integration, and diagnostics of the main ADAS components in medium and heavy-duty (MHD) vehicles, including radar, lidar, cameras, sensors, and electronic control units (ECUs). Learn to properly inspect, calibrate, and troubleshoot MHD vehicles equipped with ADAS through instructor-led training software labs and real-world case studies.

Evse & charging systems

Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) charge levels, types, and connections. Emphasis is placed on communication between vehicle and charger, circuit inspection using digital multimeters and oscilloscopes, and resolving “no-charge” diagnosis issues.

ASE TEST PREP A6 - ELECTRICAl/eLECTRONIC SYSTEMS

Prepares technicians for the ASE A6 certification test, assessing their knowledge and skills in diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic systems in vehicles.
