This course is an In-depth study of test methods, wiring diagrams, sensors, computers, emissions, and diagnostics. ASE-style questions are used for preparation. Prerequisites are required to take this course.

This course teaches theory, testing, and service of mechanical and electronic systems for electric, diesel, CNG and alternative fuel systems. Zero-emissions, electric trucks, and theory of operation is covered.

MEDIUM/HEAVY-DUTY ADAS SYSTEMS TRAINING
Understand the function, integration, and diagnostics of the main ADAS components in medium and heavy-duty (MHD) vehicles, including radar, lidar, cameras, sensors, and electronic control units (ECUs). Learn to properly inspect, calibrate, and troubleshoot MHD vehicles equipped with ADAS through instructor-led training software labs and real-world case studies.

Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) charge levels, types, and connections. Emphasis is placed on communication between vehicle and charger, circuit inspection using digital multimeters and oscilloscopes, and resolving “no-charge” diagnosis issues.
