MEMA, the Sacramento, East Bay, and Silicon Valley Clean Cities Coalitions and NAFA recently held a webinar to educate state and local government fleets about the operational and budgetary impacts of the Advance Clean Fleets Regulation, which was finalized in April. The webinar was extensive in its coverage of the way that the regulation will affect fleets – from vehicles, refueling, facilities, staffing, operations, to
budgets.
The webinar explained how the ACF and ACT (Advanced Clean Trucks) regulations are going to change how California government fleets operate. Much of the regulation will be new to many fleets and for fleets already involved in electrification and other zero emissions fuels, there will be many more requirements to meet.
